$99 a month vs $250–400 stacked.
Zendesk, Aircall, and HubSpot were built for humans with headsets. They charge extra for the AI, extra for SLAs, extra to record a call — plus the employees to actually run them. TRULNK folds all of it into one price.
Calls, texts, email, CRM, ticketing, and reports — every feature included, no add-ons. Teammates are free; add AI agents at $99 each when you want more calls answered at once and texts and emails answered faster.
Zendesk + Aircall (3-seat minimum) + HubSpot with the AI features that match this table — before payroll for whoever runs them.

The details that vendor pricing pages don't make obvious
When a demo call says “yes we have that,” here's what's actually in the fine print.
Zendesk Copilot AI: real delta is +$110/agent, not +$50
Copilot AI is advertised as +$50/agent/month — but it requires Suite Professional ($115), not Suite Team ($55). A Team customer wanting AI summaries must upgrade to Pro (+$60) then add Copilot (+$50). Total delta from Team: $110/agent/mo.
Aircall Essentials starts at three licenses
Aircall Essentials has a 3-license minimum ($30/license annual × 3 = $90/month floor), so a single-seat need still pays for three. Their AI Voice Agent is metered separately: 50 free minutes per account per month, then ~$0.49/minute — 500 minutes of real usage adds ~$175/month.
Zendesk Talk needs a human to pick up
Zendesk Talk is included at Suite Team — but it's a softphone for a human agent, not autonomous AI answering. Their answer to call volume is an IVR phone tree — the “press 1” maze your callers hate — and even that is gated to higher tiers. Talk usage is metered separately at ~$0.022–0.037/min plus ~$2/month per phone number.
HubSpot's AI resolution is pay-per-outcome
Breeze Customer Agent isn't available until Service Hub Professional — and once you have it, resolutions bill at ~$0.50 per resolved conversation on top of the seat price. SLA management also requires Professional.
Where they're the better choice
These are good products. Here's when we'd point you to them instead.
- Zendesk — when you run a large human support team and need deep routing, macros, and workflow tooling across many agents. Its strength is organizing people; ours is supplying them.
- Aircall — when you want a traditional softphone for a human sales or support floor, with power dialers, call coaching, and per-rep analytics.
- HubSpot Service — when you already run marketing and sales on HubSpot and want service tickets living in the same CRM, worked by your own team.
